Sumatra Pasak Bumi, a company in Medan, Indonesia pioneered 1:50 and 1:200 tongkat ali extracts. These products have been on the market for more than ten years, and have been successful and, most of all, proven safe.
However, lately, some fake 1:50 and 1:200 tongkat ali products have emerged on the market.
Usually, wide range of problems are associated with products that are fake, from ineffectiveness to a serious damage of a consumers health. One may buy a fake watch, and it is just a little dishonest. But consuming fake medicines is outright foolish.
While Sumatra Pasak Bumi also sells wholesale extract which perhaps labeled differently, a customer's best protection would be to purchase only products that are with genuine Sumatra Pasak Bumi labels.
